WeRent is an independent rental management company whose goal is to maximize the profitability of managed properties while simultaneously ensuring the full satisfaction of tenants who reside in them.

To achieve this, we have applied our 20 years of experience in managing large portfolios to designing processes, implementing, developing, and integrating efficient technology, with the tenant as the central focus of the design. Due diligence for portfolios in operation, as all portfolios under our management undergo prior assessment, including operational (contracts, billing, delinquency, potential vulnerability, etc.) and technical (property condition, incidents, potential improvements) analyses. This is the only way to ensure an effective and time-efficient takeover.

Asset repositioning, with or without active tenant management, to implement improvement reforms and either rent or divest the property.

Value enhancement of rented portfolios prior to divestment, improving NOI within months, directly impacting portfolio valuation.

Through our Tenant Space, tenants can access a unique portal where they can review their contract, book spaces within their building, purchase additional services and products, check their utility status, control the climate of their apartment, manage their access, and much more, all with maximum convenience via their personalized app.
