  7. If you are a property owner: publishing rental listings across multiple platforms, managing rented properties, handling lease registration and signing, managing direct tenant communication, tracking profitability, generating profitability reports, etc.
  8. If you are an agent/professional: identifying and registering you in our system as a property portfolio manager, handling listing proposals on rental platforms, managing lease contracts and digital signatures, handling maintenance requests, repairs, and other services for clients.
  9. Automatically collected web data: performing internal analysis of our website to enhance its usability and improve our services based on user preferences.
  10. Processing personal data to generate consumption profiles for utilities and other services tailored to customer needs.

Contacting Us. When you contact us via the website form or email, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property postal code, and whether you are a tenant, property owner, or agent, along with your message.

General Website Users. Due to internet communication standards, when you visit our website, we automatically receive the URL of the site you came from and the URL of the site you visit after leaving ours. We also receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and the type of browser you are using. Other than the aforementioned and what is detailed in our cookie policy, we do not collect personal data from users who are simply browsing our website.

Data Collected in Electronic Communications. When exchanging messages via email, we may request additional data to provide our services. The data we collect includes, but is not limited to:

  • If you are a tenant or prospective tenant: Full name, phone number, email, address, ID/passport, bank account details, net monthly income, financial savings, employment tenure, job status, and employment history. If self-employed, tax return information. Rental amount and lease type.
  • If you are a property owner: Full name, phone number, email, address, ID/passport, bank account details, exact property address, year built, usable area, constructed area, property photos, number of rooms and bathrooms, kitchen description, appliances, utility status, community fees, additional costs, occupancy certificate, energy certificate, cadastral references, lease contract details, and utility bill history.
  • If you are an agent interested in collaborating with F4RE: Full name, phone number, email, address, ID/passport, bank account, real estate license number.
  • If you are a professional (self-employed or company) interested in collaborating with us: Full name, phone number, email, address, ID/NIE/NIF, business name and details (if applicable), and bank account.

It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and for updating it when necessary.

  • Registered users on F4RE: The legal basis is the explicit and unequivocal consent provided by users when registering on the F4RE platform.
  • F4RE clients: The legal basis is the contractual relationship established upon requesting F4RE’s services, as well as the authorization granted for managing utilities on behalf of the client.
  • Users and clients: The legal basis for sending informational and commercial communications is F4RE’s legitimate interest.
