Paco Campos has over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of large residential portfolios. He has held senior executive positions in leading companies, participating in strategic operations such as Lazora, a protected rental housing vehicle, the residential portfolio of the publicly traded SOCIMI Hispania, the acquisition of the IVIMA portfolio by Goldman Sachs–Azora, and the expansion of Blackstone in Spain.

As Head of Real Estate at Anticipa, he managed over 40,000 assets and revolutionized the market with the creation of Alquilovers, Spain’s first 100% digital rental platform. He also spearheaded the digitization and optimization of the real estate sales process through Holapisos, achieving an orderly divestment with high margins.

In 2022, he led the launch of EFFIC, Blackstone’s ESG company in Spain, specializing in energy rehabilitation with NextGen funds. Since 2023, he has advised real estate companies and PropTech startups, in addition to being a professor at the Instituto de Empresa, a member of the housing commission of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, and director of the Think Tank Grupo VISO, focused on solutions for affordable and social housing in Spain.

In 2023, he founded WeRent, a company specializing in comprehensive rental management, leveraging his extensive experience, advanced technology, and leading a top-tier team to maximize the profitability of residential portfolios with ethical principles and social sensitivity.

He is a Civil Engineer from UPM, holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Universidad Europea, completed the Digital Business Program at ISDI, and the PDG at IESE.

Miguel Sánchez Barco has 20 years of experience in the real estate sector and is recognized for his ability to manage large portfolios and lead teams to success. He began his career in 2004 at Metrovacesa, where he strengthened key areas of planning and development, achieving annual sales of €655 million.

Later, at General Electric (2007-2013), he demonstrated his expertise by managing industrial and logistics assets valued at €800 million, optimizing their performance and maximizing their value. In 2013, he joined the management of the ENCASA CIBELES portfolio for Goldman Sachs and Azora, establishing solid operational strategies and systems.

Between 2016 and 2022, as Rental Director at Anticipa Real Estate, he led the department’s digital transformation under the Alquilovers brand, Spain’s leading digital rental platform. Under his leadership, more than 15,000 properties were managed, with over 1,000 rental agreements signed monthly and market-leading delinquency ratios.

In April 2023, he founded WeRent, a company offering technological and efficient solutions for the comprehensive management of residential portfolios.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from IE Business School.
